Manager, Release Train Engineer

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFeAgilist, PMI-ACP, or PMP with Agile focus are highly preferred.
• Professional years of experience in IT program/project delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Proven delivery experience for enterprise solutions is a must.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation or systems consolidation programs.
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, and Kanban methodologies). Experience in tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and in SAFe methodology are an advantage.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems integration, DevOps pipelines, and digital product lifecycles.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to drive roadmap alignment and delivery prioritization; especially on project management and delivery
• Exposure to both cloud-native and legacy systems is an advantage.
• Training in Lean Portfolio Management or Agile Program/Release Train roles is an advantage
